The item that I want is out of stock, what do I do now? 

Typically, most of our products are restocked on a regular basis. Given the current environment, it has been super hard to keep up with manufacturing due to lockdowns. 

We are slowly getting ahead and most of our products will be restocked as soon as physically possible. 

Some old designs will now be replaced with new ones due to a change of direction in the brand. 

I want to return/exchange my purchase, what do I do?

Head over to our Returns & Exchanges Page, carefully read the Policy and follow the instructions and link on the page to proceed with your return. 

How do I know my size? 

You will find the respective size chart for each of our items linked in the Product Description area, follow the link to be taken to the size chart for that item. 

I want to ask a question, how do I get in touch? 

Head over to our Contact Us Page and shoot us a message via the form. 

How can I write a review on a product?

On each product page, under the product description, there is a form that can be completed for you to leave a review - hopefully 5 star! 

How can I track my items in the post?

 Once your order has been shipped, a shipment notification will be sent to the email address provided during the checkout process.

This notification will contain your tracking number, enter this number into the Australia Post Tracking Website to check the delivery status of your parcel.
