Returns and Exchanges
We hold our customer service and products to a very high standard and want to ensure all of our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase from our store.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return or exchange the item/s you've purchased in line with this policy.
Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase and must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase.
The item/s being returned must remain in original condition i.e. must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags and packaging must remain in place.
The Ridge Western Wear do not bear postage costs on returns.
We suggest that returns are sent via a traceable delivery method using a courier of your choice so that if your parcel goes missing, you will be able to track it with your courier. Returned items lost in transit are not the responsibility of The Ridge Western Wear.
Processing your return
Once the item/s have been received they will undergo assessment and once cleared you will receive your exchange item or refund/store credit of the purchase price (excluding original postage cost).
We endeavour to process returns and exchanges as soon as they are approved, however, please allow 5-10 working days for processing. You will receive an email notification on the status of your refund or exchange once your return has been processed.

- Postage costs will not be refunded unless your items are faulty.
- Exchange items will be resent at the customers cost.
- The Ridge Western Wear is not liable for the loss of items in transit being returned, we highly recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
